Found another thing this stuff does. Most people have experienced lactic acid burn in their muscles after not working out for a while, then hitting the gym hard, especially weights. Before this year's Burn I was doing mostly cardio. When I returned I decided to get back on a weight training routine because my cholesterol had started climbing again. Figuring I'd get the pain out of the way early I hit the weights pretty hard the first time. I hydrated during the workout and a couple more times that day with the pineapple flavored powdered coconut water shown above mixed with water and a little lemonade. 24 to 48 hours later, no lactic acid burn. First time ever following an initial hard workout. And no lactic burn since hydrating the same way during and following workouts. Might not work like that for everybody, but after more than 40 years of working out with weights off and on, it was a first for me.

When you are dehydrated, your body chemistry goes into alkalosis. We usually crave acidic drinks when we are thirsty. I would want a squeeze of lemon in my coconut water.

I drink coconut water every day at home. I took tons to Burning Man. It's the bomb! Whether you use CocoHydro or non-powdered, it is just about the best hydrator out there. I love CocoAloe by taste nirvana (finally in aluminum cans) or zico in tetrapaks (passion fruit is my fav). So many choices. whenever you leave your camp for fun or exploration, toss a couple of coconut waters in your bike basket or daypack.

I was enjoying it just fine until a camp mate pronounced that it tastes exactly like good ol' salty cum.

Now, that's all I can think of when I drink it. Kinda ruined it for me, not gonna lie.

Eric? Thoughts?

Cum tastes better, and they don't taste the same.

Plus, no MOOPy container with cum, and you get a snuggle out of it if you're any good...

I found some juice boxes with coconut water and pineapple. Still tastes "slick" to me. Ick.
I'm too jaded to think up a good sig-line. Need more coffee.
