As the OP begins with a curse, we must conclude, he is a practitioner of the "Dark Arts" (nothing wrong with that, by the way), and as such, we must see if he floats......or, analogously, weighs the same as a duck

He goes on to state, a mental defect with cognitive processes. As such, though we should take pity on him, we must also extrapolate he does not see the world through well focused glasses. His comprehension may well be skewed, and a response to a twisted perception, may well be to take it inversely. So, as he bemoans the "little yellow flags" (flying monkeys, robots? who knows what else), and attempts to place blame on others, culminating in an edict to "STOP ALREADY", it would seem those words should be taken (for admittedly, he's using inverse logic and speech patterning) to me "DO IT MORE, DO IT OFTEN, DO IT HARDER"

The above has to be the correct summation, in that he pleads we not respond, and therefore derail his fantasy, as evidenced with the delusional statement of originality in the phrase and demand, along with the narcissistic self labeling as "author" as if of some epic tome. And of course, the Napoleonic attempt at pontification, by "forbidding" anything.
