I got mine in about 13 minutes, and 2 of those were spent on my typing in my CC info. Holy Crappola, it was fast and easy. Never would have guessed it would go like this. 13 minutes, in and out........(she said)....I will see you all on the Playa again this year. I am still in shock.

in system at zero plus nineteen seconds. at 27 minutes, in the info how many tickets desired, are you human verify, "checking ticket availabilty" then next screen: "inticket session has expired, please start again." no no no no no .... back, back, resend, refresh, "checking ticket availability" swirly time bar... phew. got ticket apx. 33 minutes.
screen was refreshing at most every two minutes, I was watching my computer clock and the time they gave, so the "do not refresh your browser window unless this does not automatically refresh every 60 seconds" was not heeded by me. I wasn't sure what refreshing my screen would do, sometimes what I think these directions mean, ends up with me turning something accidentally off.

I thought I did. I entered everything, clicked process order and thought I was good. My page took a while to load, left it be for about five minutes. Refreshed and all my CC info was there, everything was good and I still had 3+ minutes. Only problem was the Process Order button wasn't working. So frustrating... My session timed out and I'm back in the land of the spinning blue candy cane

I was in at 26 sec but had after about 20 min had to refresh a few times. Then got a message my passcode was not registered - You have reached your limit for trying - and would not let me back in. Switched browsers and I'm now back in line but it looked like I started over>>>

I signed in at 3 and it took 15mins for me to get tickets. The order info and CC processing was slow but no crashes.

I had got my first confirmation from BR Solar at 12:03. My 5th and final confirmation came from the BR Arts Foundation at 12:05. My actual ticket confrimation was the 4th email, at 12:04.

It's an unfortunate side-effect of high demand first-come first-serve on-sales. Fortunately it's not as bad as when that happens to me when getting tickets to concerts, where the kickouts mean you miss out on better seats. Hopefully you get through the madness soon!

Don't worry Lisa Chocoholic I signed in at 12:01:30 and I JUST finally bought my tickets!!! I was literally shaking as I was putting my credit card info in and then didn't fully believe it worked until I got the email confirmation... Seriously, I'm ELATED right now and can't wait to connect with you all in 2013

btw I did get booted numerous times from the system but I never had to restart my browser so I do think it actually kept my place in line, it just took 2 hours to get through a minute and a half worth of people!

This. I logged in at 12:00:26, got booted at around 13:10 and am still waiting 140 minutes later. It's 100% random.

Hopefully there still will be tickets in an hour or so when I get home but this is frustrating to say the least.
