trilobyte and Eric, thanks for the heads up about contacting ticketing support if one hasn't received a confirmation email with code after a few days.
It's been 72 hours for me also without a confirmation email, so i also sent an email to ticketing support.
I also have tickets(at)burningman.com and orders(at)burningman.com in my email contacts so the confirmation email won't go to spam.
I have a feeling that many people haven't gotten their confirmation email yet though, given how very few have responded that they have received one. I hope ticketing puts in a day or two this weekend to minimize the crunch of so many people early next week.
Just for info, they probably know this, but while reading all the ticketing rules and info again, I found out that the https://ticketsupport.burningman.com/forums
that was linked to in the last JRS and on the ticketing page is down, a peer's certificate was revoked. No biggie, just info.
