UK Burner Needs traveling mates!

Hello!
This is gonna be my first time attending the Festival, but I have been thinking about going for the past 15 years! 2013 I am finally going to do something about it. For years I have been working with digital performance, traveling a lot VJaying, doing Audio Visuals with kids in the Amazon, Interactive Installations in Russia, carnival, dance etc. What I like about the Burning Man is their one explicit rule - NO SPECTATORS! But Hey! I dont want to sit back and observe! But I also dont have a crew to attend with, right now its just me solo, and this sucks... Where do i sign up? Where can I find a collective to hook up with? I got talent! I got kit! use me!

Keep your eyes on the Art & Performance board and the Theme Camps board for projects and camps that might interest you, and you may also want to consider using the Spark collaboration tool to try and connect with a project. You may also want to try and connect with some other UK Burners (regional group info is UK Burners]here, though there are quite a few active on the boards). Aside from the possibility of finding future campmates, they may be able to help you with some of the logistics of the journey. Cheers!

There are loads of us UK burners, so you will not be alone for long.
I've never managed to get to a Burning Pub in over 3 years .... which is a bit sad!
But I am part of a UK group of burners called "Pigs in Shit". We get up to all sorts of stuff, including the London Decompression, the Paris Burn Night, visits to other burners in other European cities, etc etc.
Feel free to message me to find out what we are about, but the Burning Pub is probably your best bet.
