Best BRC Bartender Award

We will be out on patrol, seeking out the BEST Bartender..in our humble opinion, in 2013. We already have our eyes on a couple camps/bars. We would love suggestions! We will visit your bar on pub crawl, and your top Bartender will receive a glorious Hat!...or Helmet, with this embroidered or stickered to the front!

Hat

Those are both pretty awesome.

The helmet is funnier and more badass (and could be used as a jaunty fruit basket, etc). The field hat is sexier, but could encounter issues of fit unless it is adjustable or generously sized.

Definitely preferring the helmet at the moment.

I'm not sure I can name a single bartender though. Everyone at the Burn is a bartender.

What's wrong with Blasphemy?

I've had Great experiences at almost every single Bar I've visited in BRC. But, some bartenders just really shine! And, we're not doing this to belittle anyone else (well, maybe we are), but just as something fun to do. Can you IMAGINE how boring Trophy Camp would be, if they gave EVERYONE trophies?

It happens! I like the helmet too! They can get a little warm in the sun, without a helmet cover...but what's a bartender doing out in the sun!?

I like 'em both too. On one hand the cap would be easier to pack, but on the other the world needs more drinking helmets, doesn't it? As for the logo design, maybe do something original or unique (man around the rim of a shotglass, or man holding a shaker and a glass) instead of just using the black rock rangers logo? No matter how you slice it, that'll make for one helluva pub crawl and an awesome fun thing for some playa bartender to receive.

The original design, was a poke at the Rangers (when I originally wanted to give them out to every bartender I met)...who.. have a similar design embroidered on their hats. Obviously a different hat..but.. I'm playing around with different ideas and a few old designs of my own.

I think in 2002 or 2003, I got a "Ranger" Hat with "DMV" instead of "Ranger" on it. Don't know if it was a joke, or an official hat accidentally gifted to me. I was just a hottie..

The Lamplighters were amazing bartenders! Always willing to go the extra mile. On Burn night in 2012, one of their bartenders accidentally crushed my cocktail bottle made from a gordons vodka handle, he went out found a new handle, we drank most of the vodka, and then made the exact cocktail I had in the first bottle in the new one.

We did NA at the house, and got key tags. Gave that to the house dog, Brownie. He lost it and his collar a week later. Who says dog's aren't smart!!??
