Yes, worked perfect.

The "enter sale" button kept taking me to the come back message until about 12:15. I tried logging out and back in, nothing worked. All it took was highlighting the URL for the sale in my browser and hitting enter. Got right in. Probably just a cache issue on my end.
Once in, it refreshed once and I got the ticket page. That was about 20 after. Purchase took a few minutes. Done.

I've seen a few scattered reports of browser/cache issues. It doesn't appear to be specific to a particular browser, but in all cases, switching to an alternate browser does the trick. Good luck to those still working to get through, and congrats to those who've had success.

Arson - sounds like you may not have been invited to participate in the Directed Group Sale, or if you did you may have created your Burner Profile account using a different email address from the one that the invitation was sent to. Check your info, and if you were invited and had registered in time using the correct email, get in touch with the Ticketing Support team using the link in my signature line.

The process worked as expected for me... I was in the system 25 seconds after the start and received the offer to purchase 12 minutes later. Purchase went smoothly and confirmation was received moments later. - Good Job BMOrg! (Did I say that out load?)

Got mine already - at first I had to refresh the page for the first 15 minutes or so due to server errrors. After that , the wait was maybe 10 minutes and the actual purchase took about 3 minutes. So be patient...

Hit refresh on Chrome for 10 minutes with no luck, finally switched to Firefox and it worked on the first try.

I wouldn't panic if you don't get in. Between last year's lesson of late below-face tickets and this year's "no tiers" system which in previous years was an invitation to buy cheap and resell at full price, I think it's pretty likely that anyyone who wants a ticket will be able to get one at face value.

Yah! I feel like I've missed some of the "experience" by already having a work provided ticket - but then again I can live without the watching paint dry (ie my server).

You can get the page to do an actual refresh by holding down the shift key when you click reload (in most browsers.)

Pre-registration takes place from February 6-10th. Those who've already created a Burner Profile will simply need to log into their account during that time and check the 'Sparkly Things' section in the top right of the screen. More info on that to come in the next week or so.

Everything worked just fine for my group of people, save for one that didn't have the code show up. This was probably error on my part submitting her address or when she created her profile. We ended up having another person get 2 tickets, so that was a helpful option to have. All in all it went smoother than I've ever seen a ticket sale go. Our core group is set. I was a bit concerned that folks would baulk at having to decide THIS early if they were going to commit to not just going, but also to being a "core member" but it seems that instead it has had a consequence I hadn't foreseen. Mainly that our group has had a flurry of activity and excitement about projects much earlier than I think we ever have. Cooks, truck driver, blinky creators ... all positions of consequence filled and we are just in January. The ticket uncertainty last year really hampered planning and sucked the energy out of camp planning. We made it, but our camp leaders made the strategic decision to not try anything too ambitious that year. I suspect many other camps did the same. This year, we've got a good core group of people excited about securing a ticket and talking about some really bold projects for this year. Things look like they are off to a really good start. I am feeling like this is going to be a really exciting year!

Tried for 15 minutes on Chrome. Switched to IE and got through on the first try. Waited four minutes and then had my tickets. Overall very easy experience but did
panic for the first 15 minutes.
Two tickets bought. All is good.
