I'm generally very cuddly, but hopefully salty in the right proportions. Good to meet you
Yeh, DJs, or other artists, who assign to themselves a notion of 'worthiness'. It struck me by reading those quotes the degree to which celebrities have become a new 'upper class', a bit like the old lords and ladies of England, who often carry with them the assumption that they are entitled to service, because of the burden of responsibility they supposedly bear.
Enabling DJs to continue with this fallacy is very detrimental to electronic music (of which I'm a big fan). I was just imagining the fun that could be had around the camp fire, with the right characters in play, if such artists were to proffer such opinions at the burn.
You can see the desperation in my eyes as I try to grunt and shuffle this thread back on track. I'm new around here. Sometimes it's better just to let it all go
