I want to shoot out an email to those burners who will be on the train but not necessarily denizens of the ePlaya. Since only about 1/2 of those in our group are burners, and of those who are just a small handful ever even read these threads, I wanted to get an invitation out to them without alienating everyone else. I'll be up there in the morning (assuming I don't get sicker), delivering a car with Nila out to Fallon, and then back to Reno, should be in time to meet the train.
I'd say we meet up in the bar, before the train gets in, so we can head to the train station together?

As far as a van: we can take one van, and my pickup. My truck is 4x4 and has all studded tires for ice and snow, so, we'd know somehow even if we had to stack, we'd get back.

I'm guessing, if we leave around 1, we'd get to the playa around 3, depending on climate, there's not much to spend time doing, considering it's probably not going to work to drive out to the city site exactly (again, depending on weather and playa condition). So, Brunos could take a good hour, and 2 back.
I'd say back in Reno around 7:30 pm?

I'm going on memory, but it seems to me the Pipeline Lounge is the largest bar at the Sands. It's certainly the largest sports bar there (not counting the sports book itself).

Sadie, Tink and I will be at the Sands before the train gets in so we can meet uo too. We will most likely have 2 vehicles in which to help ferry stuff and peeps to the hotel

road is perfect
they can handle a dozen or so folks,no problem, unless everyone wants ravioli
haha he even said they have room vacancies!

said everything is working, they had some issues last week, but all is well. just butt/cold!!
seemed chipper and happy that we'd stop, ended with "ok, seeya Sunday"!!

If it does snow it most likely will be about 2 flakes worth, seriously. Anytime we're (n.nv)in for a big snow the news channels make a big deal of the impending doom. Haven't seen anything on the news channels yet and 1/2 the time it's much ado about nothing...
