We're not into the artistic stages yet, snow, but...we have different opinions. He wants a porch and a white picket fence, rocking chair, the surreal angle. All I've been able to come up with is cover it in LEDs. I assure you all, when the fun part comes you will be the first to know. Also updating, the bottom is pretty fucked. We'll see just how badly soon.

If you want to glue or seal parts, schnee-morehead makes the stuff.

I've used their acrylic seam sealer on old wood and aluminum.
Acetone based acrylic.

Their polyurethane adhesive is recommended to me for steel and wood.
Plan on using that on trailers.

You can add braces to the inside to radically increase stiffness if done properly.

Wasn't going to update until we officially decided what to do, but we hit the bottom with a preassure sprayer and it went through it like tissue paper. Only the middle seems to be damaged, we washed the outer edges (of the bottom) without much incident. We are considering several options, including abandoning the project. Right now we're trying to see how much money/time would go into making a new floor.

Does it need a new floor if you're going to leave it in place on the truck? Just chink the bottom edges to the truck bed and I imagine you'd be good. Of course, there's the heat problem...

Take the floor out, plank the bottom edge, put it on wheels and you've got a chicken tractor when you get home.

Update if anyone still cares: we just put in the new floor, cedar, it should be ok if we leave it on the flatbed. We aren't out of the woodwork yet, though, there's still work to be done
