Doesn't come close to some of the weirdness out there, but most of the pictures might be too extreme here, human sacrifice and antropophagy in UK for one.
Conan Doyle always said everything happens in London.

Seems a little original though.

No details as to the source of said hairs.

Both surgeons use a technique -- follicular unit extraction -- in which groups of hairs are taken from areas of dense hair growth to be implanted in the mustache area.
