They were really stressing the "participant feedback" aspect of it. By far the biggest complaint last year was about the ticket system. Reading between the lines, I'd say the lottery system is out.

My only two cents is in regard to "Bringing in Expert help...". Bringing up expert help is more inclusive. during the Ticket nightmare of last year It appeared that a well written Critique by A professional PR administrator from within the ranks drew a reaction resulting in a public response by the BMORG owning up to the "Ticket Situation".

All in all pretty ho-hum; was kinda hoping to hear yall came up with something like ..

We the Burners of the Black Rock City, in order to preform in an attitude of union, establish humility, insure domestic temporarily , provide for the common inspiration, promote the general well being, and secure the blessings of expression to ourselves and our posterity, do ordain and establish this Constitution for the United Camps of The Playa.
