The name of the disorder comes from two Greek words that mean "fire" and "loss of reason" or "madness." I prefer the PDR and it's assorted listing of contraindications when I am having trouble falling asleep. Works better then ambien and no foggy brain when I wake up.

I was going to post a picture of the meds I take each day, but I didn't want anyone to work backwards from that and figure out any diagnoses. Damn you autocorrect total lack of web privacy!
