Alright, when the jet swoops down, and then pulls g's it emphasizes the low pressure above the wing needed for lift, and this lowered air pressure results in the air temperature in the immediate vicinity being reduced.

Now, if conditions are right, this lowered temperature causes water vapor to condense out, forming a short lived 'cloud' that you see here.. or some such bullshit..

I don't know who's telling you that, but they are wrong. Depending on where you park... Embarcadero metro station... (Take BART to get there, probably) has the trains that go out past the ball park and the train station and then you go out until you hit 3rd and... Mariposa, maybe. Then you get off for a three block walk. The line to get in will be more ferocious than the public transit to get there...
