Lost Love Knuckles (Silver heart ring with blue topaz)

I cannot find my love knuckles. It is a Silver two finger ring with 4 hearts and a little blue topaz stone on one of the hearts. If anyone finds a ring that resembles this please reply. Thanks <3 Nikole

My ring might have 5 hearts on it... I cant picture how many there are but please reply if found
