Whats up!? I just wanted to say thank you real quick. I was a virgin burner this year and now I am a burner for life. I can't even begin to explain how this happening has shaped my entire life view, but you already know that. I went to the playa with no expectations, other than there is going to be a bunch of people in the desert partying. I went with a completely open mind and heart ready to give whatever I could. I have to say, miracles abound at burning man, there were times when I would get hungry out on the open playa and out of the dust or the distance food would practically be brought to me without more than a thought. I'd be walking though the city and realize how magnificently parched I was and someone would walk out of a camp directly to me and offer me drink. I'd be on the open playa (totally reasonably sober, as I like to stay in the heat of the day) and someone would whisper my name in my ear or shout it in the wind, but when I would turn to look there would be no one near me for 100 yards, and certainly no one who knew my name. It has not only affected me on the playa but I learned many things about myself, life and the happening within it that I was literally brought to tears of joy on several occasions. When I came to burning man it was in the middle of the desert with a bunch of strangers, when I left it was quite literally the only place I ever want to call home, and I was leaving 50,000 brothers and sisters. I miss you guys!
