Gifting in the default world

What a great burn we had. Number 8 for me.

If the world is coming to an end this year (according to the Mayan calendar), we're going out happy! Thanks to everyone who was there and those who wanted to go but could not, but still shared the experience by glueing themselves to the center camp web cam for hours a day... you all rock!

To continue the beautiful generosity that imbues the Burning Man culture on the playa, I'd like to offer a burner in the SF Bay Area a set of playa dust impregnated camping chairs. My first thought was to sell them on Craigslist, but this feels better and more congruent with what we just experienced.

So, up for grabs are two loungers by Hi-Tec and one chair by Kelty, all with a healthy, nostalgia-inducing coat of playa dust. They are free, but please take only what you know you'll use in your backyard here, or in your camp next year (if we still exist). Send me a PM for directions to Mill Valley.
