Tickets for sale at Will Call or how to transfer on Saturday

It seems that as of today the name cannot be changed for a will call pick up and a signed letter is necessary to complete a transfer now. So, it seems there is no simple online, quick method to transfer tickets as of today. Is that correct. If so, does anyone have any idea if people might be selling tickets at the gate or will call. I have the opportunity to go for Monday and Tuesday. I think I will just drive over tomorrow night and see whazzzz up...
