Need help with ticket name issue

My friend is going to Burning Man for the first time this year, he bought his ticket when they went on final sale on Aug 3rd, which is a will call. The problem is, he used a friends card to buy the ticket as he doesn't have one, and now he realized that since his name isn't on the ticket he's not gonna be able to pick it up, and the friend who's card he used isn't able to go there to claim it to give it to him..

Please someone help us figure out what to do, we already put so much into going to fail now.
