BLM Officer Car and Personal Searches: how to respond?

I must admit, in a sick way, that this thread is making me want to be stopped. I never have (at least in transit to BM) . Perhaps because I am a 40 someting short-hair, white, construction worker type.

Profiling... yeah... I am the recipient of that in every beneficial way.

I also have absolutly nothing on me at any time that would incriminate me (the only thing I have ever been cited for is speeding or out of date vehicle registration)

But I love the ideas here.

Our country was founded on the basis of individual rights trumping the rights of the state exept in the case of danger to others.

That has, in certain cases has been eroded, especially in the ill-considered "war on drugs"

Given that, and what I am reading here, I will never consent to a search. Even if it seems at the time that it will ease my way or save me time. Our government and law enforcement does not need or deserve that consideration.

SO... STFU and be polite.
