I don't know for sure, but my best guess is that they don't offer any type of concierge service at will call. They will have their hands full just trying to get tickets in the correct hands, and with shift changes etc., there will really not be a way to make this happen for you.
Some things to consider are; if you're staying at a local hotel in Reno, the front desk can hold a letter for someone. If you have the ticket now, mail it to that person. If there is a third party who can stay behind in Gerlach and meet up with this person later.
Self reliance. Try to figure something out.
