I've got both the Lemon Head from this year, and the Atomic fireball from last year and the former definitely weighs more than the latter! What an unbelievable waste of natural resources to ship these things around the country! Another example of BMOrg's terrible inefficiency this year.

Also, both Lemonheads and Atomic Fireballs are from the company Ferrara Pan. I can't believe they didn't solicit bids for other hard candy companies!

Great news! I was able to secure tickets for camp mates in need. The tickets came with a fireball! The playa provides, problem solved.

In Mexico the party store had the most outrageous candy I've ever seen. It was for stuffing into your pinata. Little candy balls that come in over-sized, see-through plastic hypodermic needles. The needle was a flexible plastic and the whole thing made me stare in wonderment. My jaw dropped. I can only imagine the delight as the little ones scooped that prize off the ground. (Travel is broadening).
