9th Year of NOT Getting to Burning Man :-( POLITICS Pls Read

Hi all!

I KNOW that I will make it one year to see you all. People started telling me of it the year that it first started, and as I am most known for Liberty and burning torches, every year people say... you HAVE to go to burning man! Yet there has always been a problem with that, it would mean a good deal to me if you read of it here and spread the word on my situation...

This year I managed to get the low income ticket on the Friday that I am likely able to pay for, yet getting there and being there may be difficult. If you know of anyone traveling from Toronto or nearby, a good place to post that question, or have some other means then let me know. I have all of my own tenting equipment, so it is more of a matter of travel than anything. Otherwise this year is the first that you will hear of me, and the upcoming year NOTHING will keep me from being there after all of these years!

I know that there are a ton of nice and good people at Burning Man, so message me or reply here if you like. I am an artist and it will be excellent to see what this has become. I remember when I was told of the first Burning Man, that was just a few people on a beach as I remember, and I know that my being me, and saying what I need to say is in the spirit of it all.

That is nice. It is what I was born into, it just is what it is... and in many ways it is beautiful, just with many painful challenges. Different? With all of the unique things I have seen in videos of Burning Man I figured that it would be the one place where I may find people for the first time in my life that relate, at least on some level
