2 tickets to sell to STEP

I have two tickets I am trying to sell back into STEP. I cannot get any reply from ticketing on how to do this. Anyone that has done this can you please help me out with the proper procedure in order to get a reply from orders@burningman.

Hi Junglesmacks,
Thanks for your quick response. I have sent one with that exact drop down link. I also had sent a PM to Trilobyte and he said to use the link about "I have lost or not received my STEP email." So I have now sent two request but not received any replies from either. Im sure two STEP children would love to have them.
I appreciate any help you can give me in resolving this.

With my own recent experience, it does take 24-48 hours minimum to get a response back. You should hear back by the end of day Monday or Tuesday.

I'm having the same problem. It's been almost a week since I followed all the instructions to get the link to sell my STEP tix back into STEP, but no word back. STEP is open for only 2 more weeks and I'm getting paranoid I'll be stuck with two worthless tix that I'm sure some other burner desperately wants.

I am in the same boat. Its been a week today with no response. I'm starting to worry that I will not be able to sell them back either. I havent contacted my credit card company yet but if I dont hear back soon I think I may see about having the purchase voided. If thats even an option. Im hoping they will get their heads out and help us get these tickets to some burners who are desperately wanting them.

FINALLY!! Well after only a week I got the link to put my tix back into STEP. Hopefully yours is there soon too Mynx.
Neil, the tickets were $390 each but can only be sold back into STEP.
