I had to rescue my youngets kitty, peachy. She wandered into the back yard tonight, and didn't see the big fucking dog, that belongs to the landlady, and she had peechy cornered by my window, so i had to run out and try to find her. She was in the bushes right next to my window. I shooshed the dog away and picked her up. Poor li'l baby is traumatized, I think she may be hurt, by her tail.

I brought her in and she's inconsolible, and I'm scratched up. But I don't mind. I love that damn cat!

This morning, we were extra lazy (and tired from the weekend) and hit the snooz button one too many times, I even ended up turning my alarm clock off before waking up. Luckily for us, the cat wanted to be fed! So like most mornings when he is hungry he sat on my chest meowing and lightly scratching my lip with one nail.

More of a "Good Job Cat" than a "Damn Cat"

Damn cat has learned to sit up on top of scratching post and try to turn the door handle to the bedroom at 4am. It works too because it always wakes me up and I end up with her on my lap in front of the TV.

Today my wife calls me at around 7:30 while I'm at work, kinda panicy. She can't find little Gizmo. I asked "did you walk around the house calling for him"? He usually comes when he's called. She did and she looked everywhere in the house. Our only thoughts were he slipped out when I went to work at 4:30.
Turns out that when I was getting dressed, I opened the closet door to get a shirt, and unbeknownest to me, the little shit followed me in the closet and I shut the door locking him there, in the dark, no food or water or box. Yeah he peed in the closet while he was locked in. (I love him just the same and wouldn't trade him for the world on a silver platter.) As soon as my wife opened the closet door he ran out straight to the kitchen wanting to eat.

Both cats way more co-dependent than usual. Lumux wants to be around us constantly, and Gray Shit talks up a storm.
This morning, woke up to a muffled mewing outside. I thought it was a neighbor cat in distress, as it didn't sound like one of mine. Opened door to check out what's the problem, and there's Gray Shit, mouth full of vole, dead set on bringing it into the house to share with me. So I sat on the inside of the screen while she demonstrated her predatory prowess by batting it around on the patio. Good kitty!
Lumux didn't spend the time away from us very well. He has two puncture marks behind his shoulder. They're healing ok.
"Hey, ya shoulda seen the other guy!"
He's currently not taking any shit from the black n white tom from next door. Oh hell no.

it is going to be one of those days... Mister (the cat) has decided that he needs to lay on my chest. Unfortunately, I am sitting up right now. Soooo, he tried anyhow. I should stop bleeding soon..
