We got the placement email, but no ticket email yet. Since I haven't heard of any presale (or directed tix for that matter) I'm not worrying.

We where in the pre sale got our email this morning. The emails are coming now..... :mrgreen:

Same here. I'm presale, just got the shipping notice a few hours ago :) I still would like more communication, but actions speak louder and they seem to be making progress reading the forums.

Shipping notice received about 3 hours ago (presale ticket). Placed and ticket in the mail. A good day!

Due to some problems during presale, we ended up with 2 orders, each for 1 ticket. First shipping email received today.. YIPPEE!
Confident we'll see the other one in the next day or so, and also glad placement notifications are rolling in, hoping we're placed too :D

Still waiting here. Anxious. Worried about all sorts of issues that could go wrong. Maybe will call is a better option in the future.

Hey gang...Trilo has been telling me all along to not worry. (Easy to say when you are dressed as a BEE).....well, I got the email notification at 3PM Eastern time today...They still remember me! I was thinking they forgot about poor old Craig.....

I just got my notification e-mail. But it’s too soon for the tracking number to work. At least I can stop worrying about receiving my ticket & now start worrying about losing it before the event. Has anyone had a lost ticket nightmare yet?

We do hear about lost tickets on ePlaya every year . . . there's a few stories every time. We have had entire threads of people helping other people search their own homes for tickets! Tickets fall behind bookshelves, and under drawers, get stolen off of fridge magnets during parties. It's happened often enough that there is a question about it in the Ticket FAQ. (The answer: if you lose your tickets, there's not much recourse.)

If you have roommates or cleaning staff or have guests (or friends of friends) over to your place, be mindful of that. And don't put tickets anywhere they might be mixed in with trash or recycling or thrift donations. Obvious, but . . .

If by "camp tickets" you mean "direct distribution" I remember being asked and opting for the mail. (I so don't want to get in and out of my van any more often than absolutely necessary...)

Yeah with the DD we got asked if we wanted will call or them mailed to us. I picked mail. Even did an address change on them quite a few months ago.
