Oh, Roberto, the Fat Fun Guy sang a long time ago....

(P.S. I read a New York Times article about that story a few weeks ago. While the results might not be all that surprising to some of us, it's quite amazing that this research is finally getting done -- in a formal, scientific way -- and the results published. Maybe a more sensible drug policy can be adopted in our time. Probably not, but... maybe?)

the horrible problem is Dougly,

that life outside of the cave is lonely.

like ghosts, those on the outside can only rattle the windows, and flicker the lights.

once in a while, you find someone, who can see both.

why do you think i drag my ass all the way out to that stupid fucking camping trip?

more ghosts per square inch, more than any place on earth.

My politics as many of you know land squarely Libertarian. It's the uber-liberals and their hypocracy that baffles me. You all voted for Clinton (twice), he signs DOMA (Defence of Marriage Act) into law, and nobody says a thing. Not a peep. But somehow it's the evil Republicans' fault. Or Obama allows Monsanto to go about with their "destroying the chemical environment" (again, you people voted for him twice) but yet it's the conservatives who get your vitriol. Liberals control Congress and the White House, yet Guantanamo Bay remains open, our troops are still in Afghanastan, and oil companies still get their subsidies. Had the GOP been in power you people would never let us hear the end of it. Even historical facts like a greater percentage of Republicans voted for the 1964 Civil Rights Act than Democrats doesn't seem to matter. Now I firmly believe a pox should be placed on both of their houses, but why it is the Donkeys get a pass and the Elephants are always the bad guys? It seems to me it should be the other way around.

You're conflating "democrats" and "ultra-liberals", Doc.
