Elsewhere in the game, McCarver mentioned the idea, which I had never heard before, that a righthanded batter could more easily hit the ball to right or rightcenter, while a LH batter had much more difficulty going to left.. any of you baseball folks aware of this, or why?

I didn't get home until late but when I did I turned on the TV at the top of the 10th. And what a roller coaster ride it was. WOW!
