(Is anyone else finding the repeated phrase "stab in the back" to be reaching for Godwin's law?)
Yes, as a matter of fact, it has been REALLY bugging me too....
Just a couple of weeks ago, at work, I was explaining why I had a minor"accident" and scraped this business's sign in front of their store with the bobtail I was driving that day to one of the half owners behind closed office doors.
I explained to him that I couldn't see the sign because it was after dark(unlit sign) and if our new dispatcher hadn't given my route too many stops that day I wouldn't have been driving after dark in the first fucking place.
He agreed that I , and
NO ONE, should ever be delivering after dark, except to well lit docks.
Well, that new dispatcher was listening right outside the door, and he jumped my shit and told me that I had just
"stabbed him in the back".
I quickly explained to him that, no, I "threw him in under the bus", and to fucking go take an English comprehension class.
And yes, this is the same fellow that I spat on the floor in front of and told him to "fuck Off' a couple of months ago.
It really is hard to be nice to someone when all you wanna do is tie explosives to their gas tank and record it on video.
