My packing list. Am I missing anything?

We brought Vitalyte in lemon and fruit punch flavors and all 3 of us found the fruit punch lacking. The lemon was quite good though.

We mixed it right in our camelbacks and there hasn't been any flavor residue. From what I understand the newer camelbacks are less susceptible to this than older models.

Also another question. I have been thinking about shade. I am not sure what kinda tent I am bringing. It is packed up at my moms and is here. She has not idea what kinds she has. So yeah any ways. I was thinking about a monkey hut as they are kinda tall. But again I am coming on amtrak. How would I get the damn thing out there? 10 foot poles? Fedex says it is to long. So what are some options for shade with someone is limited on space (amtrack).

Bring your meds in original bottles and any paper proof to go with them. Bring two weeks+ supply, just in case.

Shade, some camps have group shade areas for tents or get with camp mates and ask about tying a tarp from vehicle to vehicle or maybe camp infrastucture.
BDCamp Village probably has something that'll work.

mel had a tiny tent with a tarp more or less draped over it in'11. depends on if you want to stay in your tent in the daytime. BDC has excellent shade structure.

I've heard that camelbaks hold onto flavors way too well, and don't release them, hence everyone urging you to keep it for water. (I don't use one.) I make electrolyte mixes using my 12 oz or my 32 oz stainless canteens, or my camping cup. You wanna have your cup on you, anyway. It's hard for a bartender to pour a cocktail into your camelbak . . .

Gees Im going to be carrying alot of stuff lol. I have a playa mug, still looking into getting a camelback, and then a electo bottle. Maybe I should just stick to a single bottle (camlebak) with the electro mix and my mug.

I have that spare camelbak for you... no powders please. I can add a spare water bottle which will clip right onto it which can have the electros in it. You can overdo the electrolytes, which is why you need plain water also. No worries, we are uber-reliable, we just need our bak back when we go to pack out.

For that matter, we can bring you a chair too. We have extras of nearly everything, that's what we do.

There may not be a post office this year. Not even to do with the ticket thing, they were having problems last year with transportation adn other issues.
