The vimeo tag doesn't seem to work

The vimeo tag doesn't seem to work...

I've tried both this form:

[vimeo]xxx[/vimeo]

and this form:

[vimeo=xxx][/vimeo]

Where xxx is the video ID. I've also tried using the full URL and that doesn't work either.
