It's been a very (very!) seldom occasion that I have encountered anyone who intends on dosing others without the dosee's consent. Typically, that is a very frowned upon practice. Most people just want you to have a good time and if they are imbibing, enjoy sharing what brings them joy. If you don't partake, it's no offense to them.
