FOUND: Zebra beach cruiser, Monday night

Hello folks!

We found a VERY cool beach cruiser on Monday (post event) night, seemingly abandoned waaaay deep playa all by itself. It is covered with zebra-print duct tape with black fur on the wheel covers and white fur on the handles and seat. There are severed barbie doll parts hanging from the handle bars. I love this bike and would happily keep it as it must have been abandoned, but it's possible that it was abandoned by someone who stole it from the original owner (I myself had *two* bikes stolen this year).

Was this bike able to allow for a driver and a passenger?

Motorcycle seat?
