WE have a house guest for the week end.. His name is Jacob.. He is 8 weeks old. He comes from a long line of Damn Maine Coon Cat.. We thought we would unwind him this morning.. HA HA. He riped around the house for near three hours before slowing down.. It has been many years sence we had little kitty paws around here..
He went around to each of our house cat and hissed at them.. Then hissed under the garage door at the outside mouser.. My kitty boy kills squirrels with one grab.. So we are careful he can not get near little Jacob.. Jacob saw one of the cats that walk through the years (about a 25 pounder) and hissed through the window.. His mane game is to run around the stone work in the house and zip up behind me.. Finely got that dam cat down for a nap.. So now 16 pounds of kitty boy is on my lap watching football.. DAMN CATS

Did I ever tell you guys about the two staying at my house?

One time a pack of dogs got in the yard and they ran after them, cornered them, and tore them to shreds.
Chased them down the street.

One of them was quite elderly and I never saw him go fast until that happened.
As long as you petted him, you could let him hang in the air as long as you could carry him.

For years dogs crossed the street when they went by, even though the cats had long since moved.

He grew up in this house, then was left and became a neighborhood cat.
The neighbor sort of adopted him.

Damn Lumux! gaspote-dog chased him up a tree. He didn't land well and now we think he sprained his left hind leg. Taking him to the vet tomorrow to catch up on vacs, needs to be done anyway. Damn cat lard-ass.

oh poor puddy cat. Mine is off to the vet on Friday to have his annual shots and a check-up. He hates the vet. He will probably play psycho attack cat at 3am the next day.

Mine ran away today... he must have known he was due to go the Vet tonight.
Thankfully he decided to come in. Although I am sure he regretted that!

So we went to the vet tonight. My cat has cat “aids”. He was diagnosed last year. He won’t live a long life, but he is having a good life, after a life staring in the bins of my suburb. Got told by the vet tonight that Scardey will need his big incisors removed in about 6 months - $700. Damn cat! But I love him. He’s my little pal.

Oh poor kitty. He will have a loving end of life. I've lost 2 important cats (one was my "friend" and the other was my "kid") to kidney failure and its never easy when it happens.

Have a lovely Maine Coon Cat at home who likes to knock things off of shelves and tables. Keys, wallets, pictures, keepsakes, jewelry, or anything one might leave on a table or put on a shelf. Two nights ago a new bottle of good red wine went crashing to its demise at 3:30AM. Damn Cat.

My timeshare cat came in while there was hubbub and other people, and he had this wtf look, but still came in to nap.

He's discovered the hard drive and is curled up around it using it for a pillow.
