MAYA!!!

Fertility 2.0 - Black Rock City is a kind of Petri dish. Theme camps cling in fertile clusters to its latticework of streets, artworks tumble out of it, like pollen on the air. These nodes of interaction mutate, grow and reproduce their kind. Burning Man communities have now escaped this capsule world: our culture in a Petri dish has effloresced - it spreads across five continents. This year's art theme contemplates the tendency of any being or living system to create abundant life.

I have been grilling the theme MAYA for quit some time now to all my buddies and friends. It is the end of the Mayan calendar after all and a maya themed burn would be awesome. In addition it would look great on tickets and the man would look really cool. If anyone backs me up on this then let me know!!!

The end of the Mayan calendar marks the end of a 113 year lunar cycle.

When I was a kid I used to pray every night for a new bicycle.
Then I realised that the Lord doesn't work that way so I stole one and asked Him to forgive me.

What about Incas, Aztecs, Tolmecs, Apaches, Yahis, Vikings, Zulus, Abkazians (sp), Alsacians, Tasmanians, Maurori, or any of the thousands of other cultures that have existed on this planet? Plus, cultural appropriation is sticky stuff.
