A "bait bike" put by the potty bank just dusk.. With a 25 foot cable..
Show up for the show with lawn chair, bullhorn and spot light..
Viewed from across the street When the "bait bike" is taken, spot lights on, bullhorns screaming, bike hits end of cable and we all LOL. Then after a few good loughs pack it in and go to Meet and Greet..

Yup, a few of those placed on the playa would certainly have some sort of impact--if only just as entertainment. On the other thread there were many devilishly entertaining ideas along the same line; I think many of the posters were even warned by a mod not to suggest doing anything that could get someone hurt or killed! Hey, but if they steal/borrow a bike that isn't theirs, wouldn't they bear the responsibility for any injuries they got on that bike? (Well maybe not in this litigious society of ours.)

They're purple.
More accurately, they can make you purple.
Not just merely purple, but truly and sincerely purple.
