Boobs on the Playa

I'm a noob and will hopefully be attending BM next year. I'm worried about my boobs. I'm a DD. What things should I keep in mind as I design my costumes? How can I prevent playa boob? Any advice will be greatly appreciated.

Cool and comfy is key..Lots of ladies decorate bras or wear bathing suit tops. anything goes
I've never had playa boob or foot for that matter, simply cleaning and moisturizing your skin goes a long way.

You might want to try talcum powder. Bring triple antibiotic in case you get a spot that's rubbed raw. And dress them any way you want; there's no dress code on boobs. You can even boobcock, if you like.

If your girls are too large to hang loose comfortably, consider a cupless demi bra to hold them up and show them off. Frederick's of Hollywood carries your size, be sure to check their clearance section.

A cupless corset may be an option.

Do bring good sunblock, and try out any product before using it on the playa. I prefer body butters to bag balm for my udderettes, and friendly helping hands to rub it in.

What I saw in my group were people just generally taking care of themselves. Diluted apple cider vinegar to counteract the alkalinity of Playa Dust. Bag balm to keep the skin supple and protected. Occasionally, some of the girls would swap out bras or in some cases put them on just to stay fresh and supported. =)

I am also a DD and I have a couple bras I rotate around, fun ones, comfy ones, underwire, sports bra......I rocked a hot pink one from Kmart under a white shirt this year, that was fun. Sports bra dye with Rit so it doesnt look so sporty. Gold Bond powder is good just in case but I need that more down below, never on my boobs. LOTS of spray sunblock 3 times a day. COMFORT is KEY. I am comfortable with underwires and support myself.

I'm a DDD so, I feel your pain, but really you can wear whatever's comfortable.

I saw Goathead's wife rocking the coolest looking halterish/sports bra thing that on close inspection turned out to be tie-died men's jockey shorts. She'd cut a hole in the butt area to stick her head through. Absolutely perfect.

I decorated a bunch of convertible cross-strap foam-cup bras with leftover fabric paint, went shirtless and had no issues.

Spray-bottle of diluted white vinegar (1:10) followed by your preferred body lotion = no playa boob, butt, foot, or anything else.

Just don't forget to spray sunscreen on your cleavage OFTEN.

Lemon juice is a photosensitizer. The slight smell of 1:10 white vinegar will be gone long before that burn will.

Scented body lotion is nice, but, you'll be smelling like playa within 5 minutes anyway, so...

i always use an unscented baby wipe to "rinse' the white vinegar water after use. Depending on whose skin I'm washing, i might taste-test it,,,,, just to be sure of no residuals,,,,, in a purely professional manner you understand.

Apple cider vinegar definitely leaves residue. Lemon water is for drinking IMO.

Fucking hippies, always have to scent their water with some noxious substance like lemon or patchouli.

I use vinegar -- after handling concrete or mortar. Black Rock Desert soil is clay, silt, and a *tiny* percentage of salts. Keeping the skin clean helps, adding mild acids to the water does next to nothing. The major effects are from the drying action of the clay and silt particles, so just avoid prolonged contact and apply your skin lotion of choice.

Comfort and Support. MOST important. Don't laugh, but I usually wear an infamous Playtex wireless under some costumey garb... that way I get an extra "pocket" to carry things (like my infamous titty-warm whisky flask!)...

I also have a couple sports bra tops that don't look like sports bra tops... for when they need to have the bounce that gained me the name Bouncing Boobie (BB) Sue... but yeah, I usually don't run around supportless - too damn hot and sticky.

(Don't forget the Corn Starch, Bag Balm, and whatever you choose to neutralize the playa dust.)

Although I just a mere D cup, I tend to get a small rash under my boobs when they get hot and sweaty and it may cause yeast bugs to grow and that's no fun. I bring a cream for jock itch/athlete's foot just in case. And some baby powder to feel dry.

Actually, I just thought it just meant "browner than it was when it came in". I hadn't let these deflating puppies out to sun so much in DECADES!!!!

Again tho... a complicated structure of rods and pullies, complete with nipple clips for proper lift (to avoid that dreaded half-moon of stark white in the under area) comes to mind. I suppose the clips could be monster-furred for a semblance of comfort.

I'm a Birgin (2012) Nail Tech with a passion for foot care.

20 minutes with me and I assure you, no "playa foot"/"flip flop foot" and bulk rasps and such are very easy, and affordable to acquire, so no worries of unsanitary "re-using", all can leave with their individual rasp used on them and shea butter in bulk once again is super easy to acquire and feet clean up quickly and amazingly with spray alcohol and baby wipes. : )

Got the gears rolling...lol..now back on TOPIC, me SUPER jealous of *those* who will have to concern themselves with "playa boobs"...!
