Help identifying an art project

So I believe it was on the esplanade in the 4:00 region. It consisted of an array of lights that illuminated in such a way to give the illusion of traveling through a tunnel while standing still.

No.. that wasn't it. That was a series of LED lit hoops that was close to the man.

I found it. it was by a guy named leo...just sweet from the vision science perceptive because it gave depth cues...I have a wild illusion for all yall next year involving vibrators, smoke, and green lasers
