when transferring a will call ticket, can the letter that the seller writes with photo copies of his/her drivers license and credit card be scanned and emailed? then printed off by the new owner? or does the buyer need an original copy?

1) Don't Panic!
2) Don't pay more than face value (plus *small* actual purchase costs)
