if anyother similar peeps know of non depstep non techno music happening id love to know where that is.

we are well know for our funky deep day parties, but many dont know about the deep all nighters.

oops i assumed everyone knew where we always are. 830 and very pink. im going to be manning a sortof info booth so during the day it will be very easy to find me or leave a message. id love to meet and hear any deep house heds out there. disco nights aka green gorilla will be at 2 and I and they start up on tues night. jimmy b is an awesome deep house dj, so look for him on the disco nights page, not sure yet if its facebook, probably. m3 just told me.

What, Magda is playing at burning Man? ...Alas, where is she playing? Always up for a touch of Detroit house - do we know if there are any more of the Minus lot playing?

Just for clarification Magda left Minus, with a few others like troy pierce. Thank god. Minus, and Hawtin in general were boring years ago and Magda was by far the most forward thinking artist on the label.

As for the playa, she is playing at robot Heart and I assume allot of places. Rockstar Librarian is commin on Tues so more info when that happens.

Mathew Jonson goes every year but it seems like he keeps a low profile.

i should also mention that the night sets are very different from our day parties. much deeper and less funky clubby. also usually only around 20 or so people instead of hundreds.

i look forward to these sets all year.

i have some deep house sets on podomatic that are kindof like our fab late sets if you want a sample.

i mix at aslowish tempo 120 bpm so that i can walk to the rythm.
