Any where to show my films?

Are there any venues that might have an open Screen that i could show some of my short films on?

I am burning DVDs as Gifts but was thinking is would be cool to show some films to an audience.

I have a wide range of short films, Music Vids and visual thingys!

I will not be just handing them out to any tom dick or harry. Will make sure they go to people who actually want them or will at least dispose of them properly when they get home.

Don't forget to code the DVD region as #0 so people in the US will be able to watch them.

Wish my venue had a screen for you to show these films, but it doesn't. I'd love to get a copy on them on the playa from you!

I think iDVD automatically burns them to region 0.

If you see me on the playa I will give you a DVD.

The list of registered theme camps is already online, I would peruse that and look for any that show films - there are always a few.
Of course some camps might not register and still show films, but they will be harder to find until you get there, and even then...

You can of course bring your own equipment but remember that playa dust is murder on it, and you have to provide your own power.

I think I've found a place you might be able to show your films. This weekend I met some people from a camp called Videogasm. They are going to be located somewhere near center camp. Here is thier website http://www.videogasm.com/.
