Times for man/temple burn?

Anyone know exactly what times on sat/sun the man and the temple are supposed to burn? Assuming it goes according to schedule at least. I want to get there early for a good seat

What are the nick names of the days?
And I have no idea why they make the on-line calendar, but you can always browse through it and see what people are pushing this year. The week starts with "Muppet Monday" according to some.
