Help bring CLASSIC hip hop to the playa!

Hey all! We're running a classic (80s-90s) hip hop theme camp and bar this year called Rapper's Delight!

We are very excited. We have a pro dance floor for break dancing, a graffiti wall, a mic, a bar, and of course, we'll be playing all your favorite classic jams that you have forgotten that you love! We think there's enough electronic music out there and are taking a break to go back to the beginning. I mean, seriously when was the last time you listened to The Fugees, Slick Rick and Doug E Fresh, NWA, or Kid n Play?

BUT we need help! PLEASE consider donating to our kickstarter, every dollar counts. And you will not be charged unless the kickstarter is successful. Please help it be successful!

I know! We couldn't make it last year unfortunately.

I think it works with Rites of Passage as well though. I mean, hip hop as a post civil-rights era social movement was a rite of passage for a lot of minority communities.

UPDATE: Thanks to Black Rock Roller Disco, we'll have an even better dance floor than we thought! They are giving us part of their old roller rink, which will be perfect for break dancing. Awesome!
