Where is the cheapest place in reno? Also best place to get jockey box equipment from.

jockey box is what you americans call a portable beer tag cooling system. Has 70ft of copper piping covered in ice that helps cool your draught beer/cider.

Previously I've orded kegs from San Fran. But want to find somewhere in Reno..

so again, does anyone order beer/cider kegs from Reno?

Ahoy Harry! From what I've gathered...seems that purchase of a jockeybox system better than rental - both on co$t and the fact that most purveyors of beverage only rent the boxes for a few days... (and btw, coils are stainless steel AND I believe the Alley will be wanting the "double tap" version.)

I haven't been here yet, but I hear they have better prices than Ben's in Reno. I've noticed that Ben's has changed their name from Ben's Discount Liquors to Ben's Fine Spirits...WTF? Anyhoo, you might want to give these people a shot.

Common misconception- glass is allowed but not encouraged due to breakage & just the weight of carrying it out with you.

I have glass bottles with me every single year- good quality liquor doesn't come in plastic (*ick*), some of the better beers don't come in cans. Just realize you have to carry those empties home with you (or to the dump).

i did wonder about wine and chanpagne, but seriouslly magners warm is muck so expect to buy a lot of ice
