evidently my Ph is 3.6
seriously.
think about this though.....lets say next year, i dunno, california falls into the fucking ocean, finally, and all you brought out to the playa was bacon.....not gonna last too long is it.
well, if i bring out a wide selection of pickled items in jars and cans etc. i should be able to survive for quite a while provided i brought some Preserved Fruits (i'm not talking about Jellyfish's new project either) and dried grains and rice too.
all of which should store well and therefore, prevent me from getting even skinnier than i already am.
so, Are Pickles the New bacon?
possibly.
For 2012
I know that i'm bringing 5 cases of Ba-Tempte Sour Dills and a Gross of Matzas and a whole slew of various homemade marmalade and jams, and pears, peaches and so on.
lots of all beef jerky
50 gallons of ground coffee
50 cartons of marlboros
50 lb bag of rice, potatoes, beans, onions, flour sugar and veggy oil.
at least enough for 40 weeks in the desert......
oh yeah, a whole lotta blotta and my magic herbs.
