Elliot's Bicycle Service and Beverage Dispensary expects to be at 5 & G. Bicycles repaired, loaned and whatnot. Hours likely to vary.

Is this where I file an official complaint form? I want to report that on Saturday night the sunset cannon fire was late and I nearly missed my twilight vodka shot timing. Someone needs to find themselves on the wrong end of a Molniya R-60 missile!
