Why is there a $12 credit card fee buying online but not

Why is there a $12 credit card online will call fee in addition to a $1 fee and a $4.75 fee, but not a fee for will call if buying by mail order? Its a rip off.

Then don't buy the ticket that way. Maybe they pay for some service that charges them those fees so they pass them along. Credit cards charge 3-4% now I believe, mailing letters costs money, and running web services costs money. We pay for convenience.

nope they take cards for mail order and don't charge that will call fee before end of june. this is cheaper for them cause its all electronic. the will call person is a volunteer. either write a helpful answer or don't reply
