Born from The Deep End Camp comes DISTRIKT, a new Burning Man 2010 day camp experience

Dust swirls at an empty 9 o'clock awaiting endless memories to come. Did you feel a gap last year where a certain deep groove used to live? Curious?
We commit to you:

* A core of vociferous sound & beat from resident and guest DJ talent
* A gift of flowing libations
* A day time dancing oasis
* A DISTRIKT in Black Rock Metropolis

As we enter these months of many requests of help, we're hoping our voices will rise up & out. We need your help. We need old friends and are reaching out to YOU. We’ll provide you with a new yet familiar day music & dancing experience at a level of sound and fury you won't soon forget, eclipsing all others. We want to gift you with playa drink and dance and do what we do best.

BUT WE ARE STARTING OUT ON EMPTY.
NO RESIDUAL FUNDING. BALANCE IN THE DISTRIKT BANK ACCOUNT IS ZERO. WE CAN ONLY START BUILDING WITH WHAT WE MAKE IN THE NEXT TWO MONTHS. DISTRIKT WILL BE AS LARGE OR SMALL AS WHAT WE CAN GAIN IN INITIAL FUNDING AND INTEREST.

* We need to start building in JUNE.
* We need to book a sound system that will leave you breathless
* We need hands on deck
* We need funds on deck
* We welcome new & dedicated faces; new ideas & contributions

Talk to any core member of a large scale camp effort and you will hear euphoric experiences and memories. A great sense of community.
A ridiculous amount of laughter with the sweat. Friends and family created. A richer Burning Man experience for the expense and effort of having been a part of creating an experience for others.
