Okay, I'm sort of groping towards a new game for us, and it occurred to me that it might end up better if a) there was some play to scare out weaknesses, and b) it might be all around more fun if we worked in a more cooperative way rather than my imposing rules ex cathedra.
This is what I have so far: The idea is that you send someone on a vaction in order to do something. So, for instance you could send me to "Scot(t)land" to go "husband hunting." (That's very possibly meaningless to people who don't know I'm a widow, missing my husband, Scott. You want to make it comprehensible to at least some of us.) You don't have to send people to "real" places, fictional, mythical, historical, made up on the spur of the moment are also possible. Like, for instance, sending AntiM to Oz to pick up some winged monkeys. (I hope we all know why I chose to send her there, and well, it seemed to me that AntiM could use a few airborn minions.) In the same vein, you don't have to use only eplayans, or burners. History, myth, novels, tv, can be rich mines for ideas. The requirement is that the "itinerary" you create is fun, or funny, or an awful pun, or ridiculous, or clever, or whimsical, or whatever might make it a nice game. Please, don't send people you're fueding with to the firey lake. That's cheap and only the laziest sort of creativity is applied.
Hm, I should start, and I've already used up my good examples.
I'm sending Koosh a ticket to the shore to collect anenomes. _________________ Catch and release thrift store books.

I'm sending Ygmir to the Vet to get some ketamine so I can detach myself from this damn polar bear. In the meantime I'm gonna enjoy some more of this whale blubber ice cream. _________________ O2 is good, blue is bad.

I'd love to come visit you OED. Book me a flight, I'll bring Canadian bacon and other presents! It's warmer there than here so I'd be happy to come for a visit. |

Virginia doesn't sign roads properly near the Pentagon/ 14th St bridge
to Washington. My wife was once lost in Pentagon parking. She saw a worker up by the building, drove toward him for help but quick left when seeing him pissing on the side of the Pentagon.!! |

Did someone say doodles??
I'm carrying Lonestoner to DC but I'm a bit confused about the dump. I'm not sure if a landfill site will fit in my saddlebags.
I'm also sending the FireElf to another universe to find mayavin. |
