Ignore this thread option

I have been posting on this board as well as on the 3playa for a couple of months. On the 3playa they have a feature to ignore a certain thread. I find this very handy. There are a lot less posts to wade through, especially when I am away for a few days. I know that I can just not read the threads that do not interest me but then there is those little yellow images saying I have new post that I haven't read yet. And they don't go away until I log off or mark all posts read. But there are times that people post right before I push mark all posts read and then I miss those posts. I was just wondering how difficult this modification would be, and if people would be interested in this mod as well.

After wading through the Camp Israel thread I thought I'd give this thread a bump. Plonk seems to be the glamor girl option drawing all the attention but having Ignore this Thread options would also help make a difference.

Is there a chance this mod could be looked into again?
